This church is in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It was built in
1847 by James Thomson for Joseph Neeld MP. Situated near the M4, it has a
dramatic interior with reredos and strident glass by Thomas Wilmhurst.

This large Grade 1 church is essentially Perpendicular, albeit rebuilt in
1850-1. The 15th century tower has a magnificent fan- vaulted ceiling.
The fine medieval chancel arch has six carved figures in shallow niches
including St Andrew and St James. There is a painted 13th century effigy
of Sir Walter de Dunstanville.

This Grade 1 church has a Norman south doorway and font. The bell turret
is 13th century. The interior is pleasing with its Georgian box pews.
The sanctuary is Victorian.

This small and simple Grade 1 church has a Norman south doorway and an
Early English chancel and bellcote. The font is also Norman. It remains a
church of great atmosphere in spite of its restoration by Godwin in 1860.

The core of the Grade 1 church is 14th century with later additions. There is a
classical porch, an attractive Victorian chancel with elaborate reredos,
monuments and stained glass by Gibbs and Powell.
