This mainly Decorated Grade 1 church stands beyond the village
pond by a handsome farmhouse. The tower is Perpendicular. The chancel
has an impressive rib-vaulted stone ceiling. There is a 13th century font.

This Grade 1 cruciform church occupies a commanding position above the
village. It is an Early English church of exceptional purity and austerity. The
tower has an elaborate Perpendicular top. There are Purbeck marble shafts
at the east end. The Anglo – Saxon font has a Latin inscription from Psalm 42.
There is a monument by Nollekens.

This Grade 1 church is mainly 12th and 13th century. The Dauntsey chapel in
the south transept has two fine 17th century marble Danvers monuments.
There is both Kempe glass and a Millennium east window engraved by
Simon Whistler.

The church is of 1850 save for the good 14th century tower, south porch and
chancel arch. The interior is plain and holds engraved glass to mark the Millennium and Royal Jubilee.

This splendid Grade 1 cruciform church was built c1360 for the Bonshommes
by William of Edington, Bishop of Winchester. Inside there are 17th century
maroon and white plaster roofs in the nave and tower crossing, 18th century
plaster work in the chancel, 17th century woodwork, some medieval stained
glass and many splendid monuments, both medieval and later.
